Let's find your dream home

"Justin is the rare kind of agent who has knowledge of the market, never sleeps/has a day off, and over delivers on services you expect with an agent, but don’t always get. Justin has helped me with two properties now, and I will use him again in the future. Recommend Justin 10/10 - an all-around great guy --would work with him again.

"Super nice guy, easy to work with. Actually went everywhere! Dublin, Mineral wells, Stephenville,
finally Granbury. Never complained we kept changing our location, I hope to never move again, but
If I do, I’d use Justin again. I highly recommend him. Thanks Justin ."

"We absolutely loved having Justin Riggan as our realtor during the home buying process! He is very
knowledgeable, very thorough, very kind, always on time, & one text or phone call away! He made
the home buying process easy for us! He gave us great recommendations too and we feel like we
have a new friend! We will definitely recommend Justin to our family and friends!"

"Justin is a wonderful realtor to work with. He is professional and very available when we had questions or concerns. He did FaceTime for a few properties when we could not drive to see them in person. I highly recommend Justin Riggan as a realtor."

"Justin has a passion to help his clients. He is possibly the hardest worker for any sales/ service person I’ve ever encountered. He listens. He adjust. He presents. He is best at what he does. He’s not just the realtor I’d use again. He’s my realtor."

"Justin worked very hard to help us find the perfect home! We are first time home buyers so it was a process for us. However, Justin was very patient and understanding! I could not have asked for a better Realtor! We will definitely be coming back to him in the future. Thank you for all your hard work and commitment, Justin!"

"I highly recommend Justin as your realtor! During the process of selling my home, there were a few hiccups along the way with things I didn’t know how to fix. Justin handled them like a pro! His attitude was always upbeat and his work ethic off the charts! I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work!"

"My name is Eva and Justin Riggan is my Realtor. My house buying situation was difficult due to FHA financing and low income; however, Justin found the perfect home for me. He was patient with all of my questions, promptly answered texts and messages, and his knowledge of mortgage financing and forms came in super handy. Plus, he took care of difficult situations with professionalism and class. Justin and the whole Wells team truly care about their clients and will go above and beyond what you would expect any agent/company to do. 10 out of 10 recommend!"

"Justin is the absolute BEST! From the moment my husband and I were introduced to him, he started working hard for us. He has an amazing “get it done” attitude that is hard to find and we feel so lucky that we had him on our side. He was always very quick to respond to our questions, and never left us wondering about anything. We never once felt he was too busy or didn’t have time for us. He really made it a priority to find us the home we were looking for and in little time he was able to make the perfect match! We are so happy with our new home it’s what our family was dreaming of and we will be eternally grateful to him for pointing us in the right direction and making sure the closing process went as smoothly as possible. If you’re looking for a realtor who will feel more like a friend on the inside, you’ve found him!"

"Justin was a great asset to our acquiring our ‘new’ old home. We asked Justin to show us three properties that we had narrowed down from our multiple searches on realtor.com. One, south of Brownwood, another north of Brownwood, and the third one hour from Brownwood. All three were multiple hours from our residence. Justin’s expertise, judgment, and understanding of what we were wanting in a property shown through in our ‘walking’ the properties we had selected. Through our discussions with Justin and prayerful consideration, we decided on the property most distant from Justin and us, which logistically, was a challenge for him and us. Especially when the title company, unilaterally, decided to move the closing date forward. Needless to say, throughout the whole process, from first talking with Justin, to the final ‘walk-through’, and closing on the property, Justin was professional, an advocate for our interest, and a tremendous help in our long-distance, closing and acquiring of the property we desired."

"The best real estate experience I’ve ever had!"

"My husband got a job to relocate. Never had to sell a home. I got Justin’s number from a friend. He met with us with in a couple of days, gave us some suggestions and we sold our home in in 24 hours! His quick thinking got us a realtor open house the day we got on the market, which sparked immediate interest. During the closing process, he gave us several options for minor repairs and even took care of some himself! He was committed to us and we are grateful for that!"

"Very knowledgeable!! Justin had our best interest during the whole process! We had a couple hiccups no fault of his, but he always made sure it was made right moving forward! He is very straight to the point and honest about all the information given to us! We are so grateful for him and helping us close on a beautiful home!! 10/10"

"Justin served as a true buyers agent and was a pleasure to work with. He made excellent suggestions and provided valuable input at every step of the transaction."

"My wife and I were interested in looking at some land for sale. Justin contacted us right away. He emailed us some additional information on the land and said that he was out of town for the weekend but he would have another agent meet us at the property. We walked the property and told the agent we would be interested in putting in an offer. The same afternoon Justin contacted us and started the paperwork process. Even though Justin was out of town and it was the weekend he still was communicating with us and processing the paperwork. When Justin got back into town, he walked the property with us and went over the plats, surveys etc. Justin was prompt and on top of everything from the beginning to the end. He made our experience of purchasing new land very enjoyable and stress-free."

"I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from Justin for my home purchase. The home buying process can be daunting and confusing, especially for a first time buyer such as myself. I am greatly appreciative that Justin was willing to answer any questions I had. Thank you for helping to make this process a little less stressful!"

"Justin went above and beyond as our realtor. He helped us navigate important decisions and did everything he could to make our dream a reality. I will recommend him to all my friends and family because I know they will be in good hands."

"Justin was very informative and helpful. He spent a lot of his free time helping us out. I would recommend him to anyone and use him again if needed."
